About Meditation
Science of Meditation: Members are engaged in the practice of concentration with no stress no pressure. All meditation classes uses different combination of methods: “body language” (Yoga Asanas); breathing- regulation (Pranayamas); relaxation (Savasana); concentration meditation (mindfulness); healing sound (healing music); Chakra music instrument (Chakra healing drum); practice yoga posture without using eyes (blind yoga).
Introductory Meditation Classes
All classes brings the same benefits:
